r778's Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
r778 believes entertainment should be enjoyable and controlled. Our tools and guidelines are here to help you play within your limits and get support when you need it.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games are, at their core, a form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, they are only enjoyable when kept within limits. At r778, we believe every player should use their time and money mindfully. Our platform does not just offer games and betting opportunities — we also care about your overall well-being.
The key message of responsible gaming is: Play for fun, not in the hope of winning. Placing more bets to recover losses, or spending money meant for family and everyday needs on games — these are signs of a problem. At r778, we provide tools to help you avoid these situations directly.
Not everyone who can open an account on our platform is permitted to play. Gaming and betting on r778 is for those aged 21 and above only. We are committed to protecting minors and make no exceptions on this.
Our Safety Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own limits on how much you deposit each day, week, or month. Once you lower a limit it takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a waiting period — this is intentional, so you cannot make impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out Feature
Feel like you need a break? Use the time-out feature to suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can opt for self-exclusion. This option closes your account for an extended period or permanently. The support team will assist you through the process.
Minor Protection
Age verification is required to register on r778. To prevent anyone under 18 from accessing games on a family device, we recommend using parental control software. r778's services are for those aged 21 and above only.
Gaming History Review
After logging into your account, you can view your betting history, deposit amounts, and timestamps at any time. This is an important way to analyze your own habits.
24/7 Support Team
For any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, r778's support team is with you every day, around the clock. Reach out via live chat or email in Bengali — we will help you without judgment.
Recognize the Warning Signs
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of awareness.
- Placing increasingly larger bets to try to recover money you have lost
- Lying to or hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Feeling that gaming matters more than eating, sleeping, or work
- Spending money set aside for everyday essentials on games
- Repeatedly returning to gaming even when you have tried to stop
- Feeling restless, irritable, or uneasy when not gaming
- Betting with borrowed money or money you owe others
- Turning to gaming to escape stress or emotional pain
Practical Tips for Safe Gaming
Set a budget. Decide in advance how much money you will set aside for gaming each week or month. Once you reach that limit, stop — using a deposit limit on r778 ensures this happens automatically.
Keep track of time. Do not play for long stretches without a break. Take a break once an hour, get up, and drink some water. r778's time-out feature can help you with this.
Never play to recover losses. This mindset is the biggest cause of problems. Every game is independent — a previous loss does not affect the next outcome.
Do not bet on impulse. Gaming when you are upset, angry, or frustrated can be dangerous. Play with a clear head and for the purpose of entertainment.
Casino games do not guarantee winnings. All games carry a natural house edge. Treat any winnings as a bonus, not as a source of income.
Talk openly with your family. If someone close to you expresses concern about your gaming, listen to them carefully. They can often see the situation more clearly from the outside.
